As all sales are final, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances, including but not limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, or gift cards, and we encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. We do not offer exchanges, and any resolution for issues caused by us will be handled at our discretion. Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification as required by law; to be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, and you must contact info@s41nt.com to initiate the process and receive return instructions if your request is approved.
